WHERE DO I GET MY TRACKING ID ?
The unique tracking ID will be sent to you via an email provided when you made the pruchase, usually withing 24 - 48 hours after the shippment.
HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CHANGE MY ORDER ?
You may contact us withing 24 hours in order to modify your order, any period later than that will taken in consisderation and we will do our best to accomodate the request.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, by contacting us directly via email or the chat provided on the website, any cancelations later than that will be considered but due to the nature of the custom products, we please urge you to double check all the information before placing the order.
MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE?
We stand behind our quality and offer a 100% quality guarantee on any items purchased from our store. If your order is missing or materially defective, you can file a claim by contacting us. or request a replacement.
ONLY ONE OF MY ITEMS ARRIVED?
If you ordered multiple items, there is a chance they might be shipped from a different warehouse, on the other hand if the contents of the package might have exceeded the weight limit, the shipping company requires a maximum weight per package. If thats the case, we split the package into 2 or 3 shipments. Rest assured you will receive a tracking ID for each of the items if necessary, and also feel free to double check with us at any moment via our customer service.
HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?
We completly believe in the quality of our products, however if for any reason you wish to have a refund we do offer 60 days refund guarantee no questions asked. Entering a wrong address and information at the check out will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us directly for more information about the refund and how to claim it.
HOW DO I CLAIM A LOST PACKAGE?
International Missing packages: For lost or missing International packages, We will offer our customers a Replacement or a Refund.
Return to Sender packages: All packages returned back to Cozy3Dfleece will receive a refund or re-shipment.
Packages stuck in customs: All packages stuck in customs will not held Cozy3Dfleece liable. The delay of the package is due to your country’s law that packages undergo custom clearance. It is the customer’s responsibility to call their customs to expedite the clearance process.
